By downloading or using Zoria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use of Zoria on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.

Zoria runs open-weight models directly on your iPhone or iPad. Beyond text chat, Zoria offers a voice mode (with speech recognition and speech synthesis on the device), a Live mode with the camera, understanding of images and documents you send, image generation, and music generation. All of these run locally.

Models are not built into the app — you download them separately and they are stored on your device. Available models and features may change with updates, and speed, quality, and availability depend on device capabilities: some models need more memory than older iPhones have.

Language models generate responses probabilistically. They may be wrong, invent facts or sources, misunderstand a prompt, be outdated, incomplete, biased, offensive, unsafe, or unlawful. Model output is not a statement, opinion, or endorsement by the developer.

Zoria is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, therapist, or other professional. Outputs are for general information only and are not a substitute for qualified professional help. Do not use Zoria for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, safety-critical tasks, or decisions that may materially affect health, life, legal rights, finances, or safety.

Before acting, you must independently verify the accuracy, completeness, safety, and legality of any output and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. You alone are responsible for your prompts, whether you rely on an output, your decisions and actions, and their consequences.

The models Zoria downloads are made by third parties and provided under their own licences. When you download a model you receive a copy of it on your device and accept the terms of its licence. The full licence texts are stored next to the model files on the device, and the attribution is shown in the app.

Some model licences carry mandatory use restrictions that their authors require to be passed on to you. Those restrictions form part of these Terms and are binding on you when you use the model in question and its output.

T5Gemma (inside music generation). Your use is subject to Section 3.2 of the Gemma Terms of Use and to the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. The same restrictions apply to anyone you pass the model on to.

Realistic Vision 5.1 (image generation). Your use is subject to the restrictions in Attachment A of the CreativeML Open RAIL-M licence. Among others, you may not generate images that break the law, spread disinformation, defame or falsely represent real people, exploit or harm minors, discriminate against individuals or groups, or present generated images as real without saying so.

Stable Audio 3 Small (music generation). Your use is subject to the Stability AI Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of the Stability AI Community License.

Breaking these restrictions ends your licence to the model concerned independently of these Terms, and you remain answerable to its rights holder.

Оплата списується з вашого Apple Account після підтвердження. Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо її не скасувати щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Ваш Apple Account може бути списаний за поновлення протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.

Zoria offers two auto-renewable subscriptions with the same paid features: Zoria+, an annual plan, and Zoria Supporter, a monthly plan for people who also want to support development. Both unlock voice and Live modes, image and music generation, memory, context compression, and unlimited photos.

The price and currency shown in the App Store purchase sheet are authoritative for your region. In the US configuration, Zoria+ is $11.99 per year and Zoria Supporter is $3.99 per month.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings or on Apple’s subscription management page. Apple handles refunds under its policies.

Data handling is explained in the Zoria Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the app, you acknowledge that you have read it.

You use Zoria at your sole risk. The app, models, features, and outputs are provided “as is,” “as available,” and with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, security, satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or harm arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance on Zoria or model output. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, reputation, health, or other intangible interests; even if the possibility of such harm was known.

If the developer is nevertheless found liable, aggregate liability for all claims relating to Zoria will not exceed US $50 or any higher amount mandatory under applicable law. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Функції Zoria, доступні моделі, ціни, обмеження та ці Умови можуть змінюватися з часом. Дата останнього оновлення вказана на початку сторінки. Про істотні зміни буде повідомлено в застосунку, на сайті або іншим розумним способом. Якщо ви не погоджуєтеся зі змінами, припиніть використання Zoria, видаліть застосунок і скасуйте активну підписку. Зміни не скасовують вашіх обов’язкових прав споживача.

До цих Умов також застосовується Стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple (EULA). Якщо її обов’язкові умови забезпечують вищий захист, застосовуються вони.

Zoria’s features, available models, prices, limitations, and these Terms may change over time. The latest revision date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated in the app, on the website, or by another reasonable method. By continuing to use Zoria after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires separate consent.

If you do not agree to a change, stop using Zoria, delete the app, and cancel any active subscription. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where its mandatory terms provide greater protection, they control.
